Individual, Couples, and Family Therapist in Texas and Washington
You don’t have to navigate the complexity of life and relationships alone.
Imagine feeling deeply at home in who you are
and what you want out of life.
Imagine core relationships that are rooted in mutual healing, safety, trust, and open communication – even if that isn’t what was modeled for you growing up.
Imagine being witnessed in the places of your deepest pain
and getting to experience first-hand that we can allow
ourselves to rely on other people.
Imagine what it would feel like to have the tools and support you need to weather a diagnosis, a change, a loss, or a new way of being in the world with courage and self-compassion.

Kind Words
Ashlee is one of the wisest and warmest people I've ever met. The way she holds space for others in all their complexity is far beyond "skilled" - Ashlee is truly gifted. I trust her completely.

How it Works
I offer 50-minute sessions for individuals and 60-minute sessions for two or more people. Longer sessions or intensives can be requested at any time. At the beginning of our work together, sessions are held weekly.
Once we have had adequate time to get to know each other and establish a shared vision of our work together, we can revisit session frequency and other aspects of the structure.
The goal is for your therapy to be flexible enough to be sustainable but frequent enough to be transformative.
-
Standard sessions are $200 for individuals, $275 for a dyad (couple, parent-child, two friends, etc), and $350 for more than two people.
Longer sessions or intensives may be requested at any time for an additional fee. I practice from an equitable framework, so if you are facing financial limitations I encourage you to still reach out and inquire about sliding scale options.
I am an out of network provider for all insurance companies.
-
There are several benefits to not billing your insurance directly. These include greater flexibility of scheduling, increased privacy of your personal health information, and the guarantee that all decisions regarding duration, quality and content of your care are made only by you and I.
To determine whether or not your insurance company will cover any or all of your out of network costs for therapy, please contact them directly. I provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.
If applicable, FSA/HSA cards typically work as a method of payment.
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who pay out-of-pocket are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate which can be provided at the outset of care and updated as needed.
